Fine Dining Tasting Menu
A six-course menu with a style.
Our fine dining menus offer a 6-course food experience that is inspired by the Chef's travels and will propel your tastebuds from one continent to the next. Every plate is crafted as though it were a piece of art.
Using only farm-to-table products through our favorite producers in East-Sussex, you will have ingredients as such; lobster, scallop, local crab, British wagyu beef, game, and heritage vegetables, all crafted in a state of art on your plate.
In these menus, we will use surprise elements of molecular to give that extra touch of elegance to your plate.
All members of the party dine on the same menu.
Vegetarian and vegan alternatives available upon request. We will also cater to any dietary requirements and intolerances.
How does it work?
1- Complete an enquiry form.
2- Choose a date, location, and a number of people.
3- We will then send you a list of our set menus.
4- Choose one of our set menus, or you may request a bespoke menu.
5- Confirm your booking via deposit payment.
6- We shop ingredients from our local producers and farms.
7- We cook your menu in your kitchen, or chosen location using our equipment.
8- We set the table and serve each dish.
9-We clean and tidy up, and leave the kitchen as we found it.
