A Taste of Latin America
A 9-course tasting menu.
This food experience will take you on a culinary adventure through-out the historic regions of South America with ingredients pre-dated by the Incas and the Aztecs.
Using Ingredients such as aji Amarillo, diversity quinoa, yuca, tapioca, bison, Brazilian crocodile, and fresh seafood.
Also with South America being one of the most diverse continents on earth, we will be using different cooking methods that reflect on the heritage and culture, such as nikkei, chiffa, and pachamanca.
This menu will be served as tasters and matched with wines while the chef will be highlighting the stories behind each plate.
All members of the party dine on the same menu. Vegetarian and vegan alternatives available upon request. We will also cater to any dietary requirements and intolerances.
How does it work?
1- Complete an enquiry form.
2- Choose a date, location, and a number of people.
3- We will then send you the chef's signature menu.
4- Choose one of our set menus, or you may request a bespoke menu.
5- Confirm your booking via deposit payment.
6- We shop ingredients from our local producers and farms.
7- We cook your menu in your kitchen, or chosen location using our equipment.
8- We set the table and serve each dish.
9-We clean and tidy up, and leave the kitchen as we found it.
