Tigers Milk or Leche de Tigre, is a peruvian dressing which can be used as marination for starting the Ceviche, or for rubbing a fish befor baking or salad dressing specially sea-food salads. it is also used in several drinks and salads.

Made with lime, coconut milk, garlic, ginger, chilli, coriander, smoked paprika and cumin.
